I was with one of the major plan providers and was becoming more frustrated with the level of service I was receiving. Needless to say my staff were experiencing similar concerns. It was taking several phone calls and a long time to resolve even the simplest of issues.

I decided to investigate other providers and several were interviewed. The one that provided the easiest transfer of patients was Claremont Limited. They were able to replicate my then current provider’s facilities with the ability to have groups of patients paying on a single Direct Debit and applying group discounts.

It is over three years since I initially transferred some 800 patients with very few cancellations. It was an exceptionally smooth operation where my staff and I were kept fully informed of progress and required very little input from us.

The service that we receive has been as we hoped; it is second to none. We receive simple, yet comprehensive, reports every month with the funds received directly into my bank within a few days of collection from my patients; annual payments are paid in full in the month of collection. The Claremont team deals with any queries quickly and comprehensively. Claremont only contacts my patients with matters to do with Direct Debits and they handle price reviews on my behalf.

My staff have found that the patient agreement forms are easy and quick to complete and the personal service we receive has removed all of their earlier frustrations with the other provider. I have seen a significant improvement in their morale which has made the changeover wholly justified.

Having acquired another list of about 800 patients I am now in the process of transferring them to Claremont.
